He's a straight, honest talker, and cares sincerely about your level of satisfaction.

Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2018 in Cedar Park, TX.

Bought a Single Family home in 2018 in Georgetown, TX.
I am currently in the military, and this was going to be our first large move out of state. Having Jack as our real estate agent made life so much easier. Not only was he well prepared with a list of potential houses that matched our preferences, but he was also able to explain things about each and every house that we would have missed on our own. On top of this, it was an enjoyable experience because there was no pressure whatsoever to purchase a house. We did end up finding the perfect house we were looking for. If you are looking for a real estate agent who knows his stuff, I highly recommend you go with Jack Stanley.

Jack was so good to work with. He kept us in the loop at all stages, gave us real, honest information, not BS, and he worked with us as a team. He manages issues as they came up, found people to do the work we needed doing at a good price, and he even brought my wife orange-juice when she was sick! Good-humored, effective, efficient, and knowledgeable, Jack made the process of selling our house so much easier than it could have been. I highly recommend him.

Jack Stanley was THE most professional, accessible, communicative and helpful realtor I have EVER dealt with!! I have to tell you, my opinion of Realtors over 20 years has not been great. Have had two very bad experiences with disreputable Realtors. Jack isn't your typical realtor, you have a friend that you're working with. There's definitely a funny story why I hired him, and he has my permission to tell it if you end up hiring him too! If I could take him to Tennessee where I'm moving to help me buy a home, I would!
